Most of my work is on a one-off basis and I have only one item available. If two people try to buy the same piece I will offer it to the first person who sends me cleared funds and immediately refund the other buyer. If possible, I will offer an alternative entirely at your discretion.

I can only accept payment through PayPal. I will ship your purchase to you as soon as I can; this will usually be within 48 hours of your payment clearing. If there is any delay I will let you know.

I can combine shipping charges if you buy more than one item. Please contact me before you pay me so that I can send you an invoice. If you pay using the PayPal cart without contacting me first I will refund the additional charges.

The shipping charges shown are for all destinations.

If you are not delighted with your purchase please return it to me within 7 days and I will refund the cost of the item (but not the shipping charge).

I will not pass your contact details to anyone else under any circumstances.
